Specialist Background

Dr Sapini graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Malaya in 2000.

In 2009, she pursued her Masters in Psychological Medicine and was a clinical fellow at the Department of Psychological Medicine at the National University, Singapore, in 2016.

Before joining Avisena Specialist Hospital, she served as a psychiatrist in Kuala Lumpur Hospital. She has been involved in many research activities and journal publications. She is currently a member of the Kuala Lumpur Hospital Psychiatric Welfare Association and received the Public Service Award of Excellence for HKL in 2009.
