Treatment of diabetes mellitus

Pain intervention for spinal disorders

Procedures in neurology:

Nerve Conduction Study (NCS)

Measures speed of electrical impulses sent through your nerves to assess nerve damage and conditions such carpal tunnel syndrome and facial nerve disorders.

Visual Evoked Potential (VEP)

Measures the electrical signals generated at the visual cortex when you’re given a visual stimulus. This test is useful to study causes of vision loss, blurred or double vision, weakness of the eye, flashing lights and more.

EMG (Electromyography)

A diagnostic procedure that measures your muscle’s electrical activity in response to a nerve’s stimulation, primarily to detect neuromuscular abnormalities.

EEG (Electroencephalography)

Studies the electrical activity of your brain to detect irregularities in brain waves. This test is used to assess brain disorders such as epilepsy and lesions of the brain, as well as diagnose disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease and narcolepsy.
