Specialist Background

Dr Ahmad Zubair is an experienced surgeon who has worked and been trained in numerous centers around the country. He attained his medical degree with International Islamic University of Malaysia where he did his compulsory housemanship training in Klang Hospital, one of the busiest hospitals in the country. He further pursued his career with Master in Orthopedics at University Sains Malaysia and has worked in major centers such as Ipoh GH and Shah Alam GH. He has also attended multiple training courses outside the country to improve his knowledge, skill, and care of his patients.

Dr Ahmad Zubair is well trained and has vast experience in treating trauma patients with fractures and other soft tissue injuries. He also has special interest in managing sports injuries via arthroscopic and open techniques.

Other areas of interest involve knee replacements for osteoarthritis, managing orthopedic-related infections, simple lumps and bumps, office orthopedics such as carpal tunnel and trigger fingers, and also more recently, new techniques in managing pain with radiofrequency injections to the spine and knee.
