Specialist Background

Dr Navina obtained her Bachelors in Medicine & Bachelors in Surgery (MBBS) from Manipal University in 2007 and her Masters in Anaesthesiology from the University of Malaya in 2015.

Her career as an anaesthesiologist included a stint at Hospital Kajang. She then served in Sarawak General Hospital (Kuching), Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah (Klang) and Paediatric Institute, Hospital Kuala Lumpur.

She is a member of various anaesthesia societies such as the Society of Anesthesiology Malaysia, the European Society of Regional Anaesthesia and the Society of Intravenous Anaesthesia.

As an anaesthesiologist, she is skilled in perioperative medicine, providing anaesthesia to both adults and children and managing post anaesthesia care.
