Prize Fulfilment

• All prizes must be redeemed at Avisena Wellness, Avisena Specialist Hospital Shah Alam only.
• Each contestant is entitled to win one (1) prize only.
• Winners will be contacted via the social media account used for their contest submission.
• Winners must redeem their prize within thirty (30) days from the date of the winners’ announcement (“Prize Redemption Period”).
• Failure to redeem the prize within the Prize Redemption Period will result in forfeiture of the prize.
• The Organiser shall not be held liable if a winner fails to contact Avisena Specialist Hospital Shah Alam within the stipulated Prize Redemption Period.
• No reimbursement, compensation, replacement, or cash equivalent will be provided for any forfeited prize.
• Winners shall be solely responsible for any applicable taxes, insurance, surcharges, administrative fees, and any other costs incurred in connection with the redemption and utilisation of the prize.
• All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-negotiable.
• The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice, where necessary.
• All Prizes are given on an “As Is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items, or other vouchers, in part or in full.
