As part of our continuous efforts to enhance healthcare delivery and improve patient convenience, the Imaging Department will transition to a fully digital imaging system beginning June 2026.

1. WHAT WILL CHANGE

• Radiology images and reports will be delivered digitally via a secure access link.
  Printed films and CDs/DVDs will no longer be provided by default.

2. HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR RESULTS

• A secure digital link will be sent to your registered email address.
• Official radiology reports will be emailed within approximately 1 week after your examination.
• Please ensure your contact details are updated during registration.

3. REQUESTING PHYSICAL COPIES

• Printed films or CDs/DVDs may still be requested upon request, subject to applicable charges.
