He graduated from UKM in 1984. He then obtained his fellowship from the college of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 1990 and Masters in ORL HNS from UKM in 1991.
In 1999, he underwent a fellowship attachment at the Voice centre in the University of Pittsburgh, USA.
He has more than 28 years’ experience in ENT and his area of interests include disorders of the voice, management of the airway, sleep apnea and laryngeal diseases. He had served the Medical faculty of UKM most of his career.
